PinNote is provided by Najis Ezaz ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how PinNote handles information when you use the app.
PinNote stores the following information locally on your device:
This information is used only to provide PinNote's note, history, task, and Live Activity features.
PinNote does not require an account. We do not collect, transmit, or store your notes, note history, task state, or Live Activity state on our servers. The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
Your PinNote data is stored using your device's local app storage. You can remove history entries within the app. Deleting the app will generally remove its locally stored data. Your device platform may include app data in backups based on your device and account settings; those backups are governed by the applicable platform provider's policies.
When you start a task, PinNote may show its status on your device through Apple's Live Activities system. PinNote uses the stored task deadline and completion state to provide this feature.
If you allow notifications, PinNote may schedule one local notification ten minutes before an active pin ends. The notification uses the pin deadline and contains a reminder that the pin is ending soon. PinNote does not send this information to our servers. Apple may process information necessary to provide Live Activities and notifications under Apple's own privacy policies.
PinNote may support Siri and Apple Shortcuts actions that read or update your local note and task state. These actions use your device and Apple services to provide the requested system feature. PinNote does not send your note or task content to our servers for these actions.
PinNote is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
